Owner use the portal to get an overview of your properties, target and actual rents, vacancies, new rentals, defaulting payers and much more. All relevant data is available at a glance and updated daily. In addition, owners have access to all files that the manager has released (e.g. accounts, business plans, minutes of meetings, extracts from the land register).
Tenant have access to details about their tenancy (e.g. rent, utility cost prepayment) and to documents such as the lease and others (e.g. rent increases, notice of construction work).
